The location of the accommodation is wonderful not far from the center of the old historical part of Paphos near the holy Saint Salamony's Tree, seafront and shops and bus stop and catacombs. The people working there are helpful, have a big heart.

We had a wonderful experience at Niki Court Holiday. the room was clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed. the owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, even emailing us directions and offering to book a taxi for us. the location was perfect, with ancient places, a bakery, kiosks, a harbor. We felt like we were at home away from home. Cons: Couldn't find any cons, everything was great! 😊.

The cleaning service and linen change every 3 days is a great plus. The owners are super helpful and friendly. The huge terrace is perfect for breakfast. The quiet ambiance ensures a peaceful stay. I always choose this place for my stay. The staff even recommended where to exchange currency when I first came. It has everything I need; free Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, kitchen utensils, AC, TV. No pets allowed. Non-smoking. Coming back for a trip.

I absolutely loved the classic and charming décor of Niki Court Holiday Apartments. The beautiful antique furniture and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with easy access ramps and handrails throughout the property, ensuring a safe and convenient stay.

The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to provide assistance with carrying luggage up the stairs.
